The GMC-B2100BT carries on the octagonal form of the original G-SHOCK DW-5000C in full metal form. Black stands out against silver to emphasize G-SHOCK's signature toughness, in a monotone design that pairs easily with a wide range of styles. The top bezel gets a hairline finish, and the indices are silver vapor-deposited for improved legibility. The stainless steel bezel is shaped three-dimensionally through forging, cutting, and polishing, and a fine resin buffer is set between the bezel and case to deliver full-metal shock resistance. The metal band pieces carry a dimpled texture that carries forward the resin band design of the original model. Made at Yamagata Casio — the mother factory that created the original G-SHOCK.
Bluetooth connects to the CASIO WATCHES app for automatic time correction, world time for approximately 300 cities, Time & Place location logging, and phone finder, all backed by stable Tough Solar power and a Super Illuminator LED light for after-dark visibility.
