Processing & Handling Time
All orders are shipped from Japan. Our handling time is up to 5 business days after payment is confirmed, after which your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Japan (domestic): Standard 3–5 business days; Express 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over ¥7,700.
- International: Flat rate US$19.99, shipped via DHL or FedEx with tracking. Estimated delivery 5–7 business days after dispatch (excluding customs processing time). Actual delivery time varies by destination country.
All shipments include a tracking number, which we provide once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to North America, Europe, and selected Asia-Pacific countries. We do not ship to Africa, the Middle East, or Central and South America. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by customs authorities in the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. In many cases, DHL or FedEx will contact the buyer after customs clearance regarding payment. If you would like to know the possible amount in advance, please check with your local customs office or the carrier before purchasing.
